Tachibana's phone will be water-damaged and inoperable upon arrival, until it is repaired.
In regards to nerfs:
[ ♆ ] In regards to Tachibana's Rider System, Rouzer, and Rouze Absorber, he will discover that each have been emblazoned with a strange sigil to allow for their continued function on LifeAftr. Like all technology on LifeAftr, the sigil requires semi-regular "recharging" at a mana pool in order for it to continue working.
[ ♆ ] Additionally, Tachibana's Rider System, Rouzer, and Rouze Absorber must exist physically in LifeAftr in some manner when he is not using them - in a knapsack, in wherever he chooses to live, etc.
[ ♆ ] Tachibana's Rider System must first be repaired before it can be functional and allow for his transformation. In the case that it is repaired, Tachibana's ability to transform Kamen Rider Garren will be limited to three uses per day, each for a maximum of half an hour. Should he attempt to surpass this limit, he will black out and need to "recharge" by a mana pool. Additionally, after Tachibana uses his King Form transformation, he will need to "recharge" its use with an IC Item Request.
