Starflight's intellect, heightened sense of smell, photographic memory, capacity to eat rotten meat, teeth, horns, tail, and claws, do not need to be nerfed in any way, and can arrive in game as is.
In regards to nerfs:
[ ♆ ] Starflight's capacity for flight will be somewhat reduced. Its use will come easily to him in areas of the map that have already been explored. For those that have not, however, gravity will be particularly fickle. The higher he goes and the more unfamiliar the landscape is, the harder flight will be. He can retain use of flight for gliding and boosting his jumping, but actual flight will become difficult in unexplored areas.
[ ♆ ] Starflight's fire breath will be limited to a 20ft radius, and subject to a general exhaustion caveat; the more it is used, the more tired Starflight will become until he must "recharge" near a mana pool.
[ ♆ ] Upon arriving in LifeAftr, Starflight's size will not exceed 9ft in height.
[ ♆ ] We are willing to allow Starflight to keep his Dreamvisitor, though it will require a permissions post for other player characters to opt out of, should they so choose. Be advised that this may involve the dream island of Mu in some capacity, so let us know when Starflight intends to use it, and for what, so that we may advise you of what this might entail!
Starflight will arrive with a knapsack upon which he will find his name embossed with thread. Within, the following items have been supplied:

While these horns might look dollar-store cheap, they're anything but. The only instruction to accompany them is a tag at one end that reads: "BURN!" As it happens, this is precisely what they do. Once one dons the horns, they only must speak the word "burn" aloud in order to set their target, be it person, animal, or object, well and truly aflame.
This will only work once before the headband uses up all its magic, and will be nothing more than a lovely accessory, so use it well.
