Arthur's Dead Eye ability will have a maximum of five uses per day in which it functions perfectly and always hits its mark; any uses past that will rely on Arthur's personal skill, and will risk missing.

Arthur's inventory will remain untouched. However, once he runs out of grenades and bullets, he will need to either make more or request additional supplies from the Storyteller.

Arthur will arrive with a knapsack upon which he will find his name embossed with thread. Within, the following items have been supplied:
(1) coconut
(1) hammer
(1) small sewing kit
(1) toothbrush
(1) Stone of Farspeech, whose functions are detailed HERE

Due to your participation in the Test Drive Meme, Arthur has been awarded a pair of Soundbites! What? What. Don't look at us like that.

Sure, while these may resemble your ordinary sort of wireless earbuds, they are nothing of the sort. They don't come with any instruction, unfortunately, but their purpose will become very clear once you put them inside. The Soundbites shut out all exterior noise, completely, and leave you in blissful and utter silence. Perfect for relaxation and - oh god. What's that behind you? Turn around.

Oh god. You can't hear us, can you?

They may look electronic in nature, but inside, one cannot find batteries or, indeed, any familiar electronic mechanism at all. Looks like the Soundbites are also unable to work when broken apart unless some potentially powerful godlike creature could intervene to repair them. Which might be costly, but...you break it, you buy it.
