Please note that Miu's Camera Obscura will be waterlogged upon arrival. We will leave the extent of damage done to it (and to its film) up to you, but it will either need to dry out or be outright repaired before its functions can be wholly restored.
Below is an outline of our suggested nerfs for your character. Keep in mind that you have the option to discuss these with us if you would like changes, and may look to buying back abilities in future:
[ ♆ ] Miu's status as a Shadowborn, her ability to communicate with spirits, and her glancing ability are unlikely to come up in-game, as LifeAftr does not contain very many spiritual entities, if any. We are happy to discuss specific events in which these may come up, or player plots that may enable them to become relevant.
[ ♆ ] Any of her Camera Obscura's abilities to slow time will be nerfed entirely, per our restrictions to time-based powers.
[ ♆ ] We recommend use of a permissions post for any of Miu's abilities to read the thoughts, emotions, and memories of others, for other players to fill out as it pertains to their characters. We also recommend use of a permissions post as it pertains to the Shadow Reading of other characters, and any character specifics that may be gleaned by the Camera Obscura.
[ ♆ ] Additionally, Miu's Shadow Reading will only allow her to track down a person or object on the same island as her. If they are on another island, she will have to first travel to that island before she can use her Shadow Reading to track them as she would ordinarily. While there is no world of the dead in LifeAftr, we are willing to discuss that overuse of this ability may cause Miu to slip into the dream-world of Mu, if desired.
MIu will arrive with a knapsack upon which she will find her name embossed with thread. Within, the following items have been supplied:

Due to your participation in the Test Drive Meme, Miu has been awarded a waterskin full of Shadowdrink!
While this waterskin might not look like much and the light makes it difficult to tell, the liquid contained inside is indeed pitch black. What's more are the unique properties infused into that liquid. The skin comes with no instruction manual, but taking a drink from it will immediately render its effects obvious.
One swallow of the Shadowdrink will make one wholly transparent, shifted out of phase, for a whole hour - including any belongings they have on hand at the time. Temporary ethereality has its own drawbacks and advantages, such as making one harder to see or immune to physical damage - but you'd better hope that you ate before you drank, because you won't be able to until the drink wears off!
The skin contains enough for twenty-four hours of ethereality. Whether you take that all in one gulp or swallow by swallow is up to you. But once you've emptied it, it's gone, and all that you'll have left is an empty waterskin.
