Character Information
Name: Luna
Series: Pokemon Sun and Moon (VG)
Appearance: Front and Center! (she...she smol!!!)
Age: At this point, she would be 12.
Canon Point: Post game, after becoming the Alolan Champion.
Transferring From: LA - well over a year and a half ago.
Canon History: Plot of the game, where Luna is the protagonist.
Canon Personality:
Luna, as a person, is genuine. A kid. She's a little rough around the edges, but generally means well in her actions and with her intentions. As one of two protagonists in Pokemon: S&M, she is given no actual voice, and her movements, actions, and decisions can all be seen as one thing no matter how she's played: confident.

To start, Luna is very grown up for an 12 year old-- she comes from a world where it's completely normal to let your local 11 year old child go wandering around without adult representation. She is adventurous, and while still somewhat afraid of things that are out of her control, depends on her own (and the player's own) wit and street smarts to live. Every challenge is accepted head on (you don't have any choice but to move forward in the game, after all!) and met with strategy and power. With a strong head on her shoulders, most of the children her age (and adults, too!) depend on her to make decisions, which draws on her strong leadership. Luna also commands a party of six pokemon, which have lead her to where she currently stands. She stands beside them all not as their owner, but as a comrade-- the strategy in their battles and the encouragement behind their attacks. Their bond is one example of many that display her fierce and dedicated trust in her companions, and not just the pokemon. The young girl also boasts an incredible wealth of trust in others as well.

It can also be said that Luna has her sassier side. When she deals with miscreants, or wants to joke around, her words can be somewhat harsh. She's been known to feign ignorance when it comes to remembering people (the two skull grunts in the beginning of the game), and even talk back to the leader of Team Skull himself, despite his outward facing temper and cruel words. Though Luna can be bitter, she ultimately forgives-- and though not outlined in the game, I believe that she would feel guilty for too long, if an event arose that caused her to feel bitter. Luna moved to Alola because of her mom, and with no backstory what-so-ever on her father, men are somewhat...bizarre to her. Not out of the ordinary, but because her mother did all the work, Luna doesn't necessarily fall into a 'domestic' clique. She won't bend easily to those who she can't believe in (ex: do something like join Team Skull) and she doesn't understand the appeal of romance (because man. My dude. She is legit 12. Just turned 12. She's 12.) so while most young women would focus heavily on their looks, Luna is somewhat uninterested in it all (she maintains the same hairstyle/clothing through the game, and so I've taken away some of that girlish feature for her).

To summarize, Luna is a happy-go-lucky kid from an island where she just started awkwardly getting comfy. She tends to stammer when she's nervous and would sooner smile than frown. There are many things that she keeps to herself and will keep to herself that most 12 year olds would sooner speak about proudly, but a solid wall between her and those who would want to pry keeps her aloft, cheerful, and charming in the face of danger.

Personality Shifts: There isn't much of a personality shift from being 11! She has more experience in taking care of herself-- survival skills, essentially, from roughing it without supplies in the beginning days of LifeAftr. She tries to be more of a listener, but is really more of a do-er at heart.

Abilities:
Luna? Has no abilities to speak of. She's a normal, 11 year old child who has a weirdly amazing grasp on how to play a flute in the face of adversity. She doesn't have super human strength, or run amazingly fast, or sing and dance well or shoot lazers from her eyes or throw fire balls or freeze others with a single, focused breath!

But...her pokemon? They definitely can.

The two that she'll have with her will be Incineroar and Ninetales -- and they come with jetlag. What this means is they can do things-- small things, but they get tired easily, and wouldn't be able to expend their energy for much longer than a pokemon battle before they have to recharge. This means that Incineroar would be able to perform with the strength of a wrestler, but he would fatigue quickly under pressure. Ninetales could freeze a small pond and chill the air around her immediately, but would not be able to provide power to freeze the ocean, or any part of it. She does bite pretty hard, though.

Luna also has an incredible amount of stamina. Being the main protagonist, she's expected to run basically everywhere, and so while she isn't incredibly fast, she is able to move about for long periods of time without getting tired.

Inventory:
- 2 Pokeballs (one for Ninetales, one for Incineroar!)
- A tarnished silver skull on a necklace, crafted by Guzma himself.
- A clefairy doll, worn down and well loved.
- A golden compass.
- An empty pokeball.
- A tiger-shark blanket.
- A worn out rucksack.

"C'mon, Kitten! Show them how it's done!"

The sun is shining above them, brightly, innocently. A Litten, eager to show off it's power, embers an outmatched Caterpie with no resistance at all, and the opposing, offending bug pokemon crashes into the ground, fainted and just a little charred. The short haired trainer woops happily, and her partner meows at her proudly. What a battle! What a show of his strength! Luna approaches the caterpie and pulls out a bottle, with a thick, viscous element in it that is sprayed over the wounded Caterpie.

"C'mon, little guy...there we are!"

Caterpie lifts up, bitterly spews a sticky web over her hands, and slinks into the bush. Luna laughs sheepishly, settling down in the grass and pulling at her hands to try and seperate the goopy string shot that bound them together. She deserved that, probably; she and her new partner, Litten, had been training in the grass around here for a while, trying to get used to each other. The low levelled pokemon make for good training, especially when she's so rough around the edges giving her new pokemon any kind of command. A brief look around shows her that she is, in fact, correct. Not a pokemon to be seen for miles-- not even in the sky.

Litten bounds to her side, gnawing on the string with hot teeth until she's able to pull through it and rest her hands at her sides on the ground. "There! Thank you, Kitten! We've got a lot more training to do if we want to get through this island challenge, though. Think of all the amazing friends we'll make!" She beams brightly. "No question! Maybe we should get ready to head to Hau'Oli?"

Her eyes settle on the little cat pokemon in front of her, who is...looking quite bitter. A cheek puffs out in annoyance. She bends down until her head is on the grass in front of him, observing.

"You...don't want to make new friends?" She says, inquiringly. Litten spares her a glance and jerks his head further away. Luna sits up and reaches out, picking the fire pokemon up and placing him in her lap with a grin.

"I won't make you do anything you don't want to do. We're partners! You get a say, too! I wouldn't be able to do any of this without you! But," she says, lifting a finger in the air. "If I can find a pokemon as amazing as you, and be friends with you...I wonder if there are others out there-- people and pokemon, who are just waiting to meet us?"

Litten takes a moment to look at her, Luna's bright features shaded by the Alolan sun...but warm and comforting. His stiff ears droop just a little. Without missing a beat, Luna's hand settles on his head, and she patiently presses her soft hand into the fur on his head, scratching gently. The little pokemon leans into that touch, shutting it's eyes.
