In regards to nerfs;
[ ♆ ] Soul Perception will require a permissions post.
[ ♆ ] Anti-magic wavelength will also require a permissions post, with a 50% chance of failure in expelling any possessions. The damage caused will be reduced to severe injury, rather than the ability to outright destroy people, and will come with an exhaustion caveat.
[ ♆ ] Weapon Form will have an exhaustion caveat, in addition to a half hour time frame per day. As she is still new to the ability, she will also be restricted to sprouting one scythe from each arm, with the potential to have these restrictions lessened as her skills develop in game.
In addition, please note the following in regards to her inventory;
Pumpkin will count as one of her two companions within game. Whilst Pumpkin may retain their water breathing capabilities, they will be unable to go further than fifty feet into the ocean. Only one of her additional sets of clothing will make the transition with her, and her mobile phone will be flat.
As per your answer to our additional question, Maka's initial dream with the Storyteller will also include a rather vague explanation regarding recent events leading to multiple deaths. The Storyteller has done their best to revive the fallen- however, returning to life comes with some, small, side effects...
So nice of you to volunteer in taking up some of that burden. For Maka's first week in game, she will be taking on part of Gobbet's death penalty- for Maka, this will translate to restrictions on Soul Perception, Anti-magic wavelength, and her weapon form. Should she attempt to access these, she will experience significant pain. The effects will disappear entirely on November 10th!
Maka will arrive with a knapsack; on which she will find her name embossed with thread. Within, the following items have been supplied:
One jug of condensed milk One multi-tool One flint and tinder One first-aid kit
Due to your participation in the Test Drive Meme, Maka has also been awarded a Toy Horse! A small wood statue of a horse might not appeal to everyone's artistic tastes, so it's a good thing that this happens to be a great deal more than a pretty trinket. The instructions beneath are simple, and quite direct: "It'd be wheel-y bad if you disappeared."
And sure enough, snapping off one of the horse's four wheels will yield exactly that. For one hour per wheel, you will fade from most everyone's general perceptions - from animals to fellow islanders alike, you will be all but invisible. You'll be quite solid, and quite visual, but from everyone else's perspective, you'll just be...highly forgettable, their eyes sliding past you as though you weren't there.
That's quite an impressive power to have on hand. Make sure to use it wisely.
