In regards to nerfs:
[ ♆ ] Minako's ability to transform into Sailor Venus will be limited to three uses per day, each for a maximum of half an hour. While transformed, she may use her Love-Me Chain as often as she wishes.
[ ♆ ] Her power of Crescent Beam will be limited to three uses per day.
[ ♆ ] Similarly, her power of Venus Love and Beauty Shock will be limited to one use per day, with an explosive radius limited to ten feet maximum.
[ ♆ ] In the case that Minako ends up getting castmates that might enable her additional team abilities, we would be happy to discuss possibilities for nerfing.
