In regards to nerfs:

[ ♆ ] The Guardian will be allowed access to their dash. However, the cooldown period will also come with an added fatigue penalty. The more usage their dash has during the day, the longer the fatigue period will last.

[ ♆ ] The Guardian's pistol will be limited to six shots per day. It will replenish itself by the beginning of each day, but not before.

The Guardian will arrive with a knapsack upon which they will find their name embossed with thread. Within, the following items have been supplied:
(1) jug of condensed milk
(1) knife
(1) whistle
(1) bar of soap
(1) Stone of Farspeech, whose functions are detailed HERE

Due to your participation in the Test Drive Meme, the Guardian has been awarded a Burstfire! In case things get a little hot and heavy.

What seems like an ordinary if somewhat ancient flare gun turns out to be something a little bit more special. Contrary to all laws of physics, the Burstfire is capable of unleashing a stream of pure, boiling magma onto anything within a twenty-foot radius. Its supply isn't limitless - it only seems to be capable of generating about 24oz total, before the gun runs dry and simply becomes an antique-looking bit of paraphernalia.

Just...be careful where you point that thing, won't you? Magma is a good deal more potent than ordinary flames.
