One additional offering would be enough for the bare minimum supplies for one tattoo, and a further additional offering would cover the cost of the sterilization equipment - again, just the bare minimum. Unless Ignis is planning on moonlighting as a tattoo artist, we could cut the cost off at four offerings for the tattoo equipment so he still has two to burn on the clothes!
